With more than 20 years of experience in Arizona real estate, I help buyers, sellers, and investors make confident decisions with deep local knowledge, straightforward guidance, and the personal attention of a boutique brokerage.
Rooted in Arrowhead, with deep Northwest Valley knowledge and experience across the Phoenix metro area.
Portfolio
A selection of current listings and recent sales across the Valley.
Arrowhead
Arrowhead isn’t simply one of the areas I serve. It’s my home. From the lake communities and golf neighborhoods to the established pockets surrounding the 101, I understand how values, buyer demand and individual streets can differ within just a few miles.

For more than two decades, I’ve helped Arizona buyers and sellers navigate the decisions that come with moving, not just the property itself. I’m based in the Northwest Valley, but my work has taken me across Metro Phoenix and into Northern Arizona.
As Principal Broker of DF Realty, I built a boutique brokerage around a simple idea: clients deserve experienced representation, clear communication, and advice shaped around their goals, not a one-size-fits-all process.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling one you’ve loved for years, relocating to Arizona, or considering your next investment, you’ll always know who is in your corner.

How I Can Help
Local insight, careful property evaluation, and experienced negotiation from the first showing through closing.
Thoughtful pricing, positioning, marketing, and negotiation designed around your property and your priorities.
Firsthand experience with both long-term and vacation rental properties, paired with a clear-eyed look at value, income potential, and market conditions.
Local representation for clients moving to Arizona, buying from afar, or searching for a second home in the Valley.
Market Intelligence
TSMC’s North Phoenix expansion is reshaping employment, development, and housing demand across portions of North Phoenix and Peoria. For buyers, sellers, and investors, understanding where that growth is occurring, and where it isn’t, matters.
Client Stories
“We bought our Grayhawk home sight-unseen from Chicago. Teri guided us through every step without missing a beat. We were never nervous, and that says everything.”
“Buying in the US as Canadians came with a lot of questions. Teri had answers for all of them. She found us our condo in Old Town Scottsdale and had us AirBnB-ready before we even flew home.”
“After our last one graduated from Mountain Ridge we knew it was time. She understood what we were looking for without us having to explain it twice. We found a home in Arrowhead on the lake that fit our next chapter perfectly.”
Monthly Conversations
Real estate gives you a front-row seat to the way people actually live, the decisions they make, the things they plan for, and the things they don’t. Each month, I write about some of those conversations.
Arizona offers an extraordinary lifestyle for much of the year. But for people planning to stay in their homes as they age, summer deserves more consideration than it usually gets.
